The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The king room was clean, quiet, and featured a coffee maker for convenience.

Unfortunately, the bathroom had dated fixtures, which detracted from my overall experience. The breakfast selection was lacking, and items were not replenished promptly.

The breakfast options were generous, offering a decent variety that kept my family happy. However, we had trouble with the noise coming from the rooms above us. Every little sound interrupted our sleep. Also, I encountered issues during check-in. Despite requesting two queens in advance, I was given a king, which was not what we needed. It made for an uncomfortable night for us. The access from the main road was a bit confusing, especially at nighttime. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were great, but the service and noise levels left room for improvement.

Can just recommend for a short-term stay

Clean room, convenient location, enjoyed having the Keurig in the room for coffee right when I woke up and appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi for staying connected during my trip.

An ideal choice for a momentary pause in Denton with great value for the money. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated not being interrupted by housekeepers during my stay. Keep in mind that the plumbing can be noisy at times.

Reasonably priced rooms come equipped with useful amenities like a microwave and mini fridge, which are always welcome for a long trip. The location, while tricky to find initially due to one-way roads, places you conveniently close to I-35 for easy access to other areas.

Had a rough start with mismanaged reservations, leaving me with different room types than I booked and an overall lack of accountability in resolving it. One of the elevators had a mind of its own. frequently, it wouldn't respond to calls, forcing us to jump between elevators. Also, the bathroom floor was slippery, raising safety concerns, and the noise from slamming doors echoed throughout the hall during our stay, cutting short sleep for those who weren’t early risers.

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the clean accommodations and amazing welcoming lobby that felt like a cozy escape. not to mention, the easy access to Quakertown Park made my morning strolls relaxing, and the Greater Denton Arts Council was just a quick walk away for some artistic inspiration.
